Things in recent days that have made me happy: kisses from 8 week old puppies, my favorite fluffy sweater that I’ve worn more than any other sweater in my closet, warm sunshine on a Fall day, a fire in the fireplace, wearing beautiful earrings just to stay at home, seeing my husband after 4 days apart, everything bagels with cream cheese, Czech Pilsners...

I have taken a couple days off from posting and will probably take a few more. I’m currently spending time with my family as we are experiencing an incredibly difficult hand we’ve been dealt. I’m all top buns, leggings and oversized sweaters currently...and ignoring my phone. I will see you all soon and hope you stick around and keep supporting Down in the Hollow.

Did you know most cities (and some towns) have sister cities all over the world to conduct diplomacy as well as international trade and business? If your city is partnered with another city or cities in the world, which ones are they? If you don’t know I encourage you to look it up! Oklahoma City is sisters with China, Taiwan, Russia, Rwanda, Peru, Mexico and Brazil!
